Oathly
Delete your account
Two ways to do it: instantly, in the app, or by email if you can no longer sign in. Both end up in the same place.
What deleting your account removes
- Your profile, display name and sign-in credentials.
- Every pact you created, including the check-ins, notes and photos any other member posted to it. Deleting your account removes the pact those records live in, for everyone in it, not only for you.
- Your own membership in pacts other people created: your check-ins, notes, photos and access to that pact.
- All your proof photographs.
- Your reports, blocks and push notification tokens.
Two things this does not do: it does not cancel a paid subscription (cancel that separately in the App Store or Google Play, or you will keep being charged), and it does not erase an IOU from a partner's memory, only from our systems and theirs.
In the app: instant
Open Oathly, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm twice. The account and everything listed above is removed immediately. It is not a request form and it does not email us. Pressing it deletes the account.

Email us from the address on your Oathly account:
Use the subject line “Delete my Oathly account”, and send it from the email address your account uses. We check that before acting on any request, the same as we would for a request made any other way. We handle access and deletion requests within 30 days, the commitment our Oathly privacy policy already makes.
